Turnkey Construction Services plans to convert the existing school into 48 upscale apartment lofts. The design will be by local architecture firm Coscia Moos LLC. This building sits directly across from Passyunk Square Park. It will have a Penthouse and a rooftop deck that will extend above the 4 story existing building. You will be able to see the Philadelphia skyline and the Passyunk Square park from the roof top deck. The project is estimated somewhere in the range of 8 million and is expected to be complete by th first quarter of 2014.
